Campbell’s 150th Anniversary

Campbell’s celebrated 150 years of good food, taking a moment to shine a spotlight on the people who work there. This internal campaign honored and celebrated the company’s past while looking toward the future, emphasizing the importance of its people in driving the company forward.

We wanted to use the 150th to focus on strengthening the Campbell culture for employees; culture isn’t just the values and behavior that are written the wall, it’s what every employee can individually stand behind and collectively believe in. This internal video served as a love letter to those who made Campbell’s what it is, and who will continue supporting their future. It charted the course for the future and served as an inspiring launching pad for what’s next.

Posters & LCD Screens

Internal communication touchpoints like posters and digital screens were strategically placed around the office to reinforce employees' connection to the company's mission and remind them how important they are to the company’s success.

Swag & Other Stuff

We rolled out anniversary swag and put up celebratory signs around the office to mark the milestone and get everyone excited about how far they’ve come.
