HPE’s Culture Change

Since Antonio Neri became HPE's CEO in 2018, he's made culture one of his top three priorities and wants it to be his legacy. HPE knew they needed to transform their culture to drive growth and stay relevant, so they partnered with us to make it happen.

Beliefs

After 35+ employee focus groups and 20 leader interviews, we had some tough insights to share with the executive team. This led to the development of their new culture blueprint and corresponding beliefs and behaviors.

Blueprint + Narrative

The new blueprint and narrative were introduced to HPE’s top 450 leaders at The Leader Forum. Leaders were expected to contribute to the conversation and play an active role in this annual meeting, a first.

Creative Assets

We handled everything from the creative strategy and environmental design to swag and content creation.
