McDonald’s Learning Modernization
McDonald's learning curriculum was outdated and desperately needed a refresh, so they underwent a learning modernization to revitalize their Crew Development Program. This video outlined the changes being made and built excitement.
During the McDonald's Worldwide Convention, attendees got a front-row seat to the new curriculum. They were able to test out the simulation games and were given a button after each learning module was completed.
